The average employee tenure is 15 years, because this is a place where people build lasting careers. The Opportunity We are seeking a Personal Lines Sales Producer focused on new business production. This is a true sales role. You generate, quote, and close business, while our dedicated service team handles account management. This allows you to stay focused on production and income growth. You'll work a strong mix of: •Inbound opportunities •Referral-driven leads •Self-generated business What You'll Do •Prospect, quote, and close new personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) •Build and maintain strong client relationships •Leverage multiple carriers to provide competitive solutions •Develop referral sources and long-term pipeline •Partner with account management team for seamless handoff after the sale What We Provide •Established brand with 140+ years in the market •Consistent inbound and referral lead flow •Full back-office support (you do not service your accounts) •Sagitta CRM and EZLynx rating tools •Access to a broad range of top-tier carriers •Supportive, team-oriented culture with long-term stability Compensation & Benefits •Base salary + commission •50% commission on new business •Performance bonuses + contingency income •Realistic earning potential: $75K–$150K+ oRecent producer earned $80K–$90K on commission alone •Full benefits package: oHealth, dental, vision oLife insurance oLong-term disability o401(k) oPTO Requirements •Active Property & Casualty License (required) •2+ years of insurance or sales experience preferred •Strong communication and relationship-building skills •Self-motivated with a competitive, production-focused mindset •We are open to the right candidate with less experience if they demonstrate strong sales ability and cultural fit.
