PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ FAMILY ASSISTANT This is a very special opportunity, stepping into the upholding support role for a truly lovely and warm family to ensure there is a creation of hygge = the feeling of warm welcoming/ conviviality/ HOME and security for the family. Assist with purchases, car transport, respond to emails for the family/ principals, gain the voice and style of the principals toward ensuring vendors, trades, contractors, and various professionals understand the message of the principals. Move projects along, ensure all the special touches for decorations for the holidays, take the time to create an environment of warmth and a zen-like ambiance. Coordinate with the Chef and Housekeepers toward party and event planning and all occasions to make them special. This is a family where sincerity, trust and integrity are the hallmark traits to succeed.
