Great Expectations Estate Sale Great Expectations Estate Sales is excited about our next sale, Friday and Saturday, May 22 and 23 at 108 Rosine in Beaumont. This is the home of a sportsman extraordinaire - hunter, fisherman, rifleman, and reloader. One entire room is devoted to reloading materials - bullets (from .20 to .45 and everything in between), casings, powder, primers, and more specialty items than you can imagine, barrels, stocks, smelting pot for lead shot and balls, and a hundred or more heavy duty plastic cartridge boxes. There are four full mounts (three Kansas whitetails and one pronghorn) and six European mounts (antlers only). There is also a closet full of XL hunting clothes and FR clothing items from his time at Exxon Mobil. There is also a split king bed, adjustable sleep rest model with duel remotes, a queen bed (no head or foot boards), an armoire, a dresser, two end tables, a glassed-in case, an entertainment center, hutch, dining room table with two leaves and 8 chairs, an immaculate upright freezer, well-used washer and dryer, outdoor and hunting accessories, lanterns, meat grinders, cast iron, ice chests, Mobil items, books (cooking and childrens), front tine tiller, backyard chimney, duck decoys (most still in original wrapping), decoy sled, camo tent/blind, unused canopy, unassembled heavy duty wagon, electrified work table, tools and bunches of cleaning/household items. As usual, we'll pass out tickets on Friday only at 7:00, open the garage and the back yard at 7:30 (and they are FULL) with the house opening at 8:00. Well go full price on Friday (8 to 3) and half-price on Saturday (8 to 1). We'll have muscle to help on Saturday; please observe the No Parking This Side signs to keep neighbors happy.
