Ford 2000 4.2L engine Heads Replacing the oil pan required stripping the top off the motor so I could move the engine back under the cab. As the engine has 175,000 miles, I ordered replacement heads. I'm selling the old, re-buildable heads for $200. That way you will them ready to put on with out waiting for the machine shop. $200
