AUTOMOTIVE LUBE SHOP - ASSISTANT MANAGER We are seeking a dependable, motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. This position supports the Shop Manager in daily operations and helps ensure a smooth, efficient workflow throughout the day. Position: Assistant Manager Location: Mid County Lube & Auto Repair LLC Schedule: Full-time Requirements: • Computer literate — able to navigate basic software, POS systems, and inventory tools • Valid driver's license • Reliable transportation • 3–5 years experience working in an automotive lube shop or similar environment • 1–3 years management experience preferred but not required • Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members • Strong communication and customer service skills • DOT Inspection License is a plus Responsibilities: • Assist the Manager in overseeing shop operations and staff throughout the day • Ensure quality service, safety, and customer satisfaction • Help train and guide employees as needed • Maintain shop cleanliness, workflow, and efficiency • Place weekly oil and supply orders as needed • Support daily decision-making and problem-solving • Uphold company policies and standards Contact Bryce at 409-960-7766 for more information
