Engineer Project Manager
Needed Immediately! Engineering Project Manager (BSME required), with a minimum of 10 years experience, to work as Owner's representative to coordinate FEED, detailed engineering and procurement with an international EPC firm. Responsibilities include:
- Liaison between Owner and EPC firm
- Monitoring project progress and obtainment of project milestones and preparation of reports and monthly updates of budget projections for Owner
Project TIC is estimated to be $100MM. Successful candidate will be assigned in the Houston Area with some foreign travel required. The project duration is estimated to be from 18 months to 3 years. Rotating Equipment Engineer
BSME required! Compensation DOE
Successful candidate must be able to perform inspections and follow the Contractors work in the field.
Minimum 5 years experience which must include the following:
" Experience with refinery rotating equipment, or be able to demonstrate expertise in solving engineering type problems with rotating equipment.
" Knowledge and experience with API and ANSI standards associated with rotating equipment, performance testing and re-engineering, mechanical seal specifications and upgrades, lubrication, vibration testing and analysis techniques, alignment methods and tolerances, foundation installations and repairs, equipment procurement scopes and analysis.
" Experienced in reading and understanding P&ID's, technical specifications, and mechanical engineering techniques and procedures.
" Working knowledge of associated piping and instrument systems, electric motors, machining techniques, and heat transfer methods
